IBID Editor Fields
iBID editor screens are made up of a selection of data fields relevant to the particular injury or episode. The data is collected by filling in a collection of data fields made up of the following
- Drop down lists, with a choice of pre filled data. These fields have searchable values and do not allow free typing to ensure data consistency. Most will show up on validation errors. For more information on validation errors please see Validation Errors Page.
- Check box. If information is not applicable do not click in the box.
- If information is present, click to show tick in the box.
- If the information is not known click the box twice.
- Date fields:- can be free typed however they are accompanied by a drop down calendar to choose the correct date, this is advisable to avoid user error. - Time fields:- can be free typed or time can be selected using up and down arrows attached to the time field, most time fields will show up on validation errors, for more information on validation errors please see Validation Errors Page.
