Ward Discharge
Once the patient has received the necessary treatment, they will need to be discharged from the ward.
- Ready For Discharge to Rehab - Tick box if patient is being discharged to a rehabilitation unit.
- Ready for Discharge to Residence - Tick Box if Patients is ready to go home.
- Discharge Delayed By - Choose from drop down list the reason, if any, for the discharge delay.
- Reason Discharge not possible - Free type any reason the patient cannot be discharged such as home carers need to be arranged or patient needs ongoing care etc.
