Bug Reporting
AquilaCRS/IBID has a bug reporting system built into it. If you encounter a bug or other error, please choose to submit the error by pressing the Send Report button.
When prompted to provide further details, please include information about what you were doing prior to the bug appearing, including screen and field names and buttons you pressed.
Please do not include patient identifiable information.
