Data Replication

Your IBID software stores its data inside your own hospital network. It also sends data to the National Database from the desktop software, while you work. Under normal circumstances you shouldn't be aware of any activity.

If communications with the National Database are interrupted, or not possible at all, your software will report that to the software technical support team who will instigate a resolution. If this is the case, as you exit the software you will see a pop up message box explaining that a fault report has been sent.
