Once the data has been transferred from the Telemarque Migration Assistant the data can be viewed and edited in the Telemarque Patient Master Index Editor.


Home Screen

A summary of each patient record is displayed in a grid view.

Double click on a row to display the patient demographics record.

Enter or edit the patient information in to the fields provided.

Click the UpdateCancelButton.jpg to update or cancel any changes. The Patients demographics record will close and changes will be saved or discarded depending on the button selected.

The Audit section will record who created the record when it was last accessed and who by. Please note these fields are none editable for audit purposes.

Migration Details

A Migration Details tab is located to the right of the screen MigrationDetailsTab.jpg highlight a patent summary and click on the tab to display the migration details.

The Migration Details are none editable. They will show if the migration has been successful, when it was performed, what tables and images have been migrated & where the exported files are located. Use the "Pin" icon to keep the Migration Details panel open.

Filters

The Master Patient Index Editor has some built in filters to easily locate any missing data.

Select the filter required and the results will instantly be displayed.

Select "Clear Filter" to return all patient demographic records.

Search

Above the patient list there is a search box.

Anything within the patient summary will be included in the search including numbers, part of a name, a date or any part of the address.

Enter the text required and click the FindButton.jpg.

The results will be highlighted.

Click the ClearSearchButton.jpg button to clear the search and return all patient records.

Status Bar

At the bottom of the screen the status bar will display the total number of records migrated.

The traffic lights system displays the status of the record.

Green = The record has been successfully migrated and can be edited.

Red = The migration has failed.

Purple = The Record has already been imported therefore no longer editable.

The middle panel of the status bar displays the location of the patients migrated files for information.

Migration History

Next to the Patent Master Index Tab, there is a Migration History Tab.

This records & displays the number of Migration attempts ans how long the migration has taken along with the number of records that have succeeded and those that have failed.

The copy log details can be used to retrieve the statistics data if necessary.
