Customising the Filter

When your data is filtered, the filter can be customised further by clicking the Customise... button on the filter bar at the foot of the table.

The existing filter is loaded in the filter window. Each criteria in the existing filter can have it's field, operator or value adjusted by clicking the coloured hyperlinks and choosing an alternative from the list.

The ellipsis button (...) can be used to remove the row or add another condition into the filter directly beneath that row. Adding a new group allows you to add conditions that are grouped together, this would normally be expressed as being enclosed in parenthesis.

Use the press the button to add a new condition option to add a new condition to the bottom of the filter.

Saving and Loading Filters

When you have a filter that you wish to re-apply continually you can use the Open... and Save As... buttons to store the filter as a file your hard disk.
