Known Issue - Missing TraumaNetworkID and Record Date Time fields

Symptoms

After logging in to AquilaCRS, the following is displayed.

Format of the data in the stream doesn’t match the destination table format. The TRAUMA_NETWORK_ID field isn’t found. The RECORD_DATE_TIME field isn’t found.

Solution

The IBID server at your site has been upgraded to version 1.2, but your desktop software is still version 1.1. You must upgrade to version 1.2.
